Yes, it is real poster for Taken 2 once again starring Liam Neeson as the ass kicking retired CIA agent that goes around whopping kidnappers' arses. We won't have to wait too long to watch this old man back in action again cause the release is stated to be on 5 October 2012.
A quick synopsis:
"Liam Neeson returns as Bryan Mills, the retired CIA agent with a particular set of skills who stopped at nothing to save his daughter Kim from Albanian kidnappers. When the father of one of the kidnappers swears revenge and takes Bryan and his wife hostage during their family vacation in Istanbul, Bryan enlists Kim to help them escape, and uses the same advanced level of special forces tactics to get his family to safety and systematically take out the kidnappers one by one."
From the latest developments in the movie scene:
- Michael "fail" Bay's reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles have been postponed to release in 2014 instead of
2013due to script issues. We can all pray hard now for them to remove Bay from the picture of this beloved childhood cartoon characters.
- Hans Zimmer has been confirmed to compose the score for Man of Steel (Superman reboot coming out in June 2013)
- Marvel's Daredevil will be getting a reboot, so watch out for tie ins with Spidey or Avengers, etc.
- Mortal Kombat will also be getting a reboot but not too much details about it yet except for a corny synopsis.
